Hooray! It’s that time again, darlings, when we anoint Mean Betty’s newest Idiot of the Week! Who will it be? Only you can decide!
Option #1: Courteney Cox
When Mean Betty heard about the Courteney Cox and David Arquette split kittens, her heart went out to Courteney. My little ewe lambs, David went on such a post-breakup bender, blabbing about his personal life to Howard Stern and all and sundry, that Meanie, the butler and the pool boy created a drinking game in honor of David’s big, sloppy mouth. Every time he said something ridiculous, a shot would be poured. Kittens, the house wasn’t very sober for ages!
Mere months later, Courteney is now gushing about David! In the recent issue of Harpers Bazaar , she said, “I don’t think he’ll be doing more Howard Stern any time soon. He’s not out to harm. But I’m his biggest protector. I can’t help it.”
Now the couple’s been spotted holding hands in public and looking ooey-gooey at each other! They were seen being cutesy at a press conference for Scream 4 and again at a florist shop. And now Courteney is gushing over the moron on Access Hollywood, saying: , “Now [David] looks the best he ever looked. He’s doing great. He’s just awesome.”
“Awesome?!” Au contraire!
Courteney, Courteney, Courteney, we don’t understand! He not only cheated on you, he boasted about it. Then he had the temerity to talk about the lack of sex in your marriage and how you boss him around. After he publicly revealed all your intimate secrets and embarrassed you, now you want him back?
Courteney is this a way for you to assure viewers for your show or are you just nuts?
